“Creativity is a habit, and the best creativity is the result of good work habits.” -Twyla Tharp
Coming to you directly from the heart of my Productivity Power Mastermind here in midtown Manhattan… Our group is working quietly together in our final work portion before we end this beautiful powerful first day of our Intentionality Intensive.
In Joumor, there are lots of ways to go about things, the Joumor tool is called Butterfly Effecting. We ask ourselves, “Is there anything directly or indirectly related to this task?”
Our subconscious is often overwhelmed and tired. It’s hard to be creative when you feel that way. The best ways to unleash your creativity?
• Give yourself strong AND flexible boundaries.
• Do things regularly but not TOO regularly.
• Move constantly but not only directly in the direction of where you want to go, so that you are still open to receive inspiration.
Over the next few weeks we’ll be talking about building successful new habits in a sustainable way.
Important: enjoy whatever you are doing, or not doing, knowing you are opening the path for creative inspiration.
